Hi there,

I have a little problem understanding the nocturnal events.

That’s the way I understand it:
> Game starts
> 1st monster activated from all players in row
> Marker moves to Midnight
> 1st Nocturnal event is drawn
> 2nd monster activated
> Marker moves to 1:00 AM
> 2nd Nocturnal event is drawn
> 3rd monster activated

But then
> Marker moves to 2:00 AM
> Every monster is reactived
> Each player activates on of his monsters
> 3rd Nocturnal event is drawn
> Next monster activated
And so on…

But that would mean that there will be 9 successive rounds.
But the deck for the Nocturnal Events only consists of 8 cards (or 7 if I use the 'first-time-playing'-variant).
What happens in the two rounds without cards?
Or aren't there any rounds without cards?
Does this have soemthing to do with the red marked dates on the time track?

Where is my error?
Can you please help?

Best regards,

If you were using the first time play and didnt include the Knock Knock card it says to replace it with any other Nocturnal card (Giving you the 8 total)

Turns will look like this;

11PM - 1st Mini Placed
00AM - 1st Nocturnal + 2nd Mini Placed
1AM - 2nd Nocturnal + 3rd Mini Placed
2AM - 3rd Nocturnal + Reset + 1st Mini Action
3AM - 4th Nocturnal + 2nd Mini Action
4AM - 5th Nocturnal + 3rd Mini Action
5AM - 6th Nocturnal + Reset + 1st Mini Action
6AM - 7th Nocturnal + 2nd Mini Action
7AM - 8th Nocturnal + 3rd Mini Action
8AM - End Game, Enter The Reckoning (Point Scoring) UNLESS:

Page 7 Above ACTIONS;

At 8AM, If any victims are still alive, the players play one FINAL round like the 2AM round, with the monster of there choice
