I own some of those top 'bone' dice. As far as I know they weren't associated with any particular game, just sold on their own. I wouldn't be surprised if the same were true for the lower trio.

I’m pretty sure these aren’t from a specific game. I have very similar dice and they were just purchased on their own from a game store!

Bottom three are chessex dice. I have a ton of them that I scooped out of the irregular bucket they have that match those exactly.

I see an the Elder Sign dice in the upper right (the yellow, red, green trio).
Also the Formula D 30-sider in the middle.
The black/green with the numeral 3 in the upper right is from King of Tokyo.

I think the white die in the bottom right with square pips is from Smallworld, maybe?

A lot of those colored dice with pips (the whole bottom row, the stack in the upper area and the two blues to the left) look like Chessex d6s.
They probably aren't, but I ran a game shop for a while and all those colors were in the sample packs they sent and the "Pound of Dice" product.

All your guesses on top are correct but there are no generic dice in the pic.
The bottom row is from Bruges and arranged as such when rolled then placed.

I refuse to look up the old thread because I know I've seen some of these, lol.

Are those wooden-looking dice at the top from Stone Age (placed near cup for emphasis?)

The stack could be Machi Koro related maybe? I know the two base dice are red/blue, but don't know the colors added by buildings/expansions.

EDIT: ninja'd

Yes, the seven little wooden dice in front of the cup are from Stone Age. The stacked dice are from Blueprints.

These look like basic Koplow dice (or similar dice from somewhere else). The "Dice Bones" are in their catalog (at the bottom of this page http://www.koplowgames.com/page2.html).

The other three (I'm guessing) are "elemental" dice (5: fire, 6: earth, 4: water). Koplow makes these as well (http://www.koplowgames.com/page84.html and http://www.koplowgames.com/page85.html), but the colors seem to be a bit different than what you have there. Perhaps yours are older or from a different set/manufacturer? If nothing else, a search for "elemental dice" will probably put you on the right track.

I'm thinking that the tokens next to the blue dice are the clue... So my guess is Kingsburg

They aren't specifically from it, but those bone dice would be great with Stone Age!

The footprints: Discoveries

I like that you put the cup next to the Stone Age dice and the +2 disk next to the Kingsburg dice.

I thought the stacked ones might be from Cubist, but you said they were from Blueprints.

The three black dice one with yellow foot prints, the other with a green brain and a red blast are from Zombie Dice

snip

I see some black Zombie Dice showing a brain and 3 footprints and a splat.

I think the green die with a black pawprint is also King of Tokyo.

Are those large Cosmic Wimpout dice in the top left?

Near the left side, middle, the explosion/6/10 die is from Jamaica. The others I knew have already been mentioned.
