I really like American football and i want a game but not so advanced like bloodbowl (board game) my littlebrother and me are watching Superbowl together every year and we like to kick the Night of With some games. I already Got Blood Bowl: Team Manager – The Card Game but i would love to have another one to play that Night have you tried Kaosball: The Fantasy Sport of Total Domination? How Was it?

Review of Kaosball is so so....enough that I backed away from buying it...

If you want something simpler then Bloodbowl but with a football feel...have you considered

1) Dreadball - Mantic Games
2) Aristeia - Corvus Belli Games

Secret Cabal gave Aristeia a very positive review...

Good luck

Also recommend looking into Blitz Bowl if it's the complexity of Blood Bowl that's putting you off.

1st & Goal and Battleball get pretty good reviews, and not complex.

+1. A great football game. One of the very few games I regret selling.

That said, it is no Blood Bowl (2016 edition). I'd encourage you to pick it up, even if only the PC game. It is a little tough to learn, but there is nothing quite like playing in a Blood Bowl League. Mind, Blood Bowl isn't much like American football, despite the aesthetic

A good choice, it's fairly intuitive once you get the rules down. It feels like playing football, even though it is a very condensed game. Not sure where you would pick up a copy at the moment, though.

I always thought Blood Bowl looked more like Rugby than american football personally, by the way it plays.

I could not agree more with this recommendation. I had (and sold away) Kaosball for a lot of reasons. I was never able to find a game that hit that 'brutal sports mayhem' sweet spot for me. I strongly considered Guild Ball (one of the other recommendations above) but ultimately felt it was too heavily into the miniatures game side and not the board game realm.

I got Blitz Bowl last fall and it was 100% what I was looking for. Smaller squads, no tables, just fast paced action. It's blood bowl without the tedium, games are 30-45 minutes.

No one has mentioned Impact! Miniatures ElfBall yet,
so I suppose I will.
It's somewhere between Futboll and Four-square,
but it is Free, and the teams are right....

Both Blood Bowl and Guildball are based on the right kind of football - Medieval.
