I'm just starting to work with the Solo module and right out of the gate, I got an Execute Victory Condition.

Following the Offensive Posture Flow Chart, the pertinent condition indicates that (if the PU) is not in LOS or range, move towards (the PU within 3 hexes of the Victory Condition)

Since this is the first card / action, every AEO is technically eligible and none have LOS or are in range. How do I determine which unit(s) to move at that point?

Usually if there are multiple possible units, I just roll a die:

1-3 Northest
4-6 Southern

or

1-2 North
3-4 Middle
5-6 Southern
