A Question to Neil/Richard.

Muslim Army A and Crusader Army A are in a space. Muslim Army B enters the space. According to the rules for reinforcing armies Muslim armies A and B may not combine for an attack.
Muslim Army B makes a harassment attack and western aggression occurs, the roles are reversed with Muslim Army B as the defender. If reading the rules for reinforcing armies literally Muslim armies A and B may now combine to "defend". Is this how the rule is intended?

Note: This may even be used as a tactic, i've seen it in my last game. Send in an incompetent muslim commander with the intention that he fails harassment, thus forcing a combined battle.
