Situation:

Runners on 1st and 3rd. No outs.

Batter grounds to first base. MSS = 99

Double play!

Should it be a 3-4 DP? or a 3-2 DP? Preventing the run?

Would the runner on third base hold? or go?

I'm inclined to think 3-2... thoughts out there? Do the rules address a situation like this?

Re: The Play is at the Plate?
Baseball says double play at second and first, run scores.
3-4-3 DO no RBI.

In the above example, a MSS 99 would be a fly ball to right field, so no DP is possible (out wasn't in infield).

For consistency sake, I default to some other baseball games I've played which assume that runners on 2nd and 3rd always advance on DP (DP only possible on MSS 70+, and if out was in infield). Batter and 1st base runner are out.
