I have some budget at my local game club and we have enough Euro/Party/Adventure games. So I wanted to buy some titles that can be replayed only once like Time Stories, some escape room games or Sherlock, Consulting Detective. I can play it and then pass it along for other people to enjoy. What games would you recommend?

Any Unlock! Escape Adventures or Exit: The Game – The Secret Lab games will do. Be carefull though sometimes you will need to photocopy certain parts of these games to reuse them.

Chronicles of Crime. They're one-off crime cases that use an app.
Although new apps in the pipeline should extend longevity.

Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game
Escape Tales: The Awakening
Adventure Games: Monochrome Inc.
Holding On: The Troubled Life of Billy Kerr
Choose Your Own Adventure: House of Danger
Deckscape: Heist in Venice
Mythos Tales
Watson & Holmes
Greenrock Village: Tatort – Hotel
Legacy of Dragonholt
Escape Room: The Game
Escape the Room: Secret of Dr. Gravely's Retreat
Detective Stories: Case 1 – The Fire in Adlerstein
Escape Room In A Box: The Werewolf Experiment
Comanauts

and there are a lot story driven Dungeon Crawlers or campaign games like Folklore: The Affliction or Harry Potter: Hogwarts Battle

Be aware of the Exit Series. You must destroy components in many of them

Well, you could argue that it is in fact a Legacy game as you make permanent modifications to the game material (yourself).
