Subject: Rift water tokens in other scenarios?

- Just wondering if water and rift tokens are implemented in previous scenarios, or just expansion specific ones. Streets of Arkham gave new level increas mechanic to all scenarios, I wonder if this expansion also does that.

- If a Dimensional Shambler can pop up in another scenario, then the rift tokens would likely appear. Not sure about this though.

Yes they are. It has happened during our games one or two times.
Also, sometimes you will get the plumb the void spell as starting equipment, which means placing a rift in a space.
