Farage belongs in Dante's ninth circle of hell. Or for those who think that harsh, any of bolgias 5, 7, 8, 9 or 10 of his eighth circle.

Normally, you laugh as these single issue, non-regional parties get crushed by loyalties to existing parties, the voting system and lack of funding. But the political divide has shifted from socio-economic class to open/closed society and the main parties are split down the middle.

And that split is threatening the Conservative party. Most Tory MPs are Remainers or soft Leavers and are aware of the need to keep businessmen sponsors, so they'll block hard Leavers from party leadership. Which will piss off the party membership and plenty of Tory voters.

Normally, Labour benefits till Tory voters realise their mistake and abandon the minority party. But once Labour get into power, they're forced to define a realistic EU policy and piss off their Leave voters too.

This assumes Brexit party can market themselves and that takes buying media time but Farage already attracts media attention about Brexit. UK politics is now Brexit first, second and third and, no matter what form Brexit takes, will be for at least the next five years.

Will the Brexit party actually get anywhere? No idea because Brexit has ripped up the rules. However, first past the post means one of Brexit party, Conservative, or Labour will be destroyed by the new political divide. I reckon Labour will survive because it can jump off the fence with a much less damaging civil war. Most membership, financial backers and MPs are open society, with leadership opposing. Politicians don't stick to lesser principles if it will cost them their chance at actual power after decades.

He already has a BREXIT party. It’s called UKIP and it’s a complete failure. Those the media keeps treating like a legit party for some reason.

Had, not has. He parted ways with UKIP. And for all I despise Farage, UKIP got even worse after he left.
