Subject: Surgeon + scalpel

Surgeon have a action (restore 1 health)
But if i equip scalpel the passive is (increse health restoration by 1)
So if i use surgeon ability to other player in range the health will be 1 or 2
Or the passive of scalpel can be use to surgeon only

- The female surgeon with the scalpel would heal 2, whether she's healing herself or another player. The male surgeon with the scalpel would heal 3, to himself or another player.
