More like an overview of all abilities.... Perhaps with cost and what it does.
Anyone seen something like that?

redirects to a 425mb dropbox rar file. rar contains creation kit assets and the creation kit pdf.
/pdf files/FL23 - Adventure Creation Kit-Final(8.5x11in).pdf
pg 36-39 contain percentile random roll abilities in tabular form, with mechanical descriptions in abc order listed after.
tables are organized by ability keyword listing name, id, type and cost.

Well I made this some time back

You can use it to list all the abilities any way you like and then you can pdf it afterwards
