Through The Ages

I'd been looking for a ____(game)-ish type game but without the ______(game flaw) for about _______ (specific length of time) and had pretty much given up hope. The other day, I was browsing through the _____(game genre) section of my FLGS, when, ______ (interjection)! What's that in the _____(color) box over there?
Well, it's a ______(game designer) design, so needless to say I was a little ______ (emotion) at first. After I _____(verb ending in ed) and weighed my options, I decided to buy it ______(adverb).
The first thing that jumped out at me were the _____(adjective) components. I wanted to ________(verb) them immediately, and don't be surprised when I tell you I ______(verb ending in ed) them _______(adverb).

I initially didn't like the ______(one of the five sense handicaps) bidding, but it's done differently enough here that I didn't get too _______(adjective).

I was wondering what to do for dinner, when I came across the game vendors selling "______(type of food) _____(silly word that rhymes with that food.)" They were giving out free samples! They said they had to get rid of them all, so take all you want.
After dinner, I strolled around some more. It hit me that I hadn't even seen the ____(ordinal number) floor. Turns out I didn't miss much--mostly just some ______(adjective) _____(game) knock-offs and tables upon tables of ____(noun) miniatures.
Side note: What's with all the _______(disgusting habit)? I'm surprised people, knowing what we know now, still do that sort of thing in this day in age. _____(interjection)!
I was tired and wanted to go to bed early, but I got ______(verb ending in ed) into a ___(number)-player game of _____(game) using the _____(game component) variant. Fortunately, the game was short and I won.
