After defeating a Titan at the top of a Titan pile, when do you reveal the next card? Before or after rolling damage? Knowing what Titan is next could impact what empire cards you choose to damage.

The rulebook isn’t clear. Page 6 says: “When a player defeats a Titan, they take the card and put it to the right of their player board… They turn the next card in the Titan deck face up… As a last step, the player must roll the damage die”.

The “Attacking a Titan Example” in the sidebar on page 7 says: “Then Tim rolls 2 damage dice… As a last step, Tim turns the next card in the deck face up.”

Roll damage after revealing the next titan in the deck.
