Stumptown Game Summit a new Board Gaming show in Portland OR, happening May 18th at the Holiday Inn Airport! It's a collaboration between T. Caires (aka TheOneTAR) and the Granite Game Summit group out of New Hampshire.

Our first event is just a single day, but we plan to grow to a full weekend next year, if ticket sales from this year allow us! We're a passionate group of people interested in making a safe and inclusive space for gamers. You can find out more at http://stumptowngamesummit.com

Some key features of our show:
- Family Friendly, with kids under 10 attending free
- Designer Alley with local designers featuring their games
- Over 800+ games on loan from local community members
- Extra table space, beyond capacity, for always available tables
- Stumptown Auction happening now: https://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/255470/stumptown-game...

I'm curious as to how crowded it will be. This is my first gaming convention and I don't know if it gets crowded out of the gate and stay that way or if people come and go all day. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.

Sorry I didn't see this until today! It was our first show but it doesn't get that crowded. We book a venue space and make sure that we have extra space and tables so folks never feel overwhelmed. Folks come and go throughout the day, and we do have some tables set aside in another area for people to go and decompress.
