Is anyone else missing tokens? All I have are the trap door pit tokens but not pit tokens.

I was confused about this too at first. The artwork in the rule book is different than the tokens.

Each side is referenced for its function in the rulebook. Same is true for cannons/teleporters and springs / super springs, and several other tokens.

Mine don't have the other print on the reverse side. They have ? Or !
Is this a misprint?

No. They are used in different contexts. The !/pit tiles are the primary ones. The ?/pit are used in scenarios where you pick up a ? And end up falling in a hole. Does this make it more clear?
