Hi so i have my first play of this game last week end

This might be a silly question, but how can the shadow player deploy units other than the goblins?

The eye only allows to deploy goblins in the caves, but how is the shadow going to deploy the wargs and the orcs? I have not been able to find that in the rulebook, or not sure where to look

Take a Muster action!

At game start, each mustering area should have shadow tokens in them.

The setup in the front of the rulebook will tell you how many tokens to place in each area.

More tokens can be added throughout the game via various cards.

Enjoy the game, it's a lot of fun!

The setup on pages 6 and 7 of the Rulebook indicates how many tokens and where they are placed. These tokens can be flipped using a Muster Action die result, as explained on page 13. Page 24 explains in detail how Recruitment tokens enter play and are used.
