So the inspiration for this faction was to base it off the United Nations by having a peacekeeping force trying to prevent conflict between different forces. The ideals of peace building, disarmament, ceasefires, and dialogue were some of the ideas I wanted to put in board game form. (Also with the fact this theme of 'Friends of the Forest' theme goes with my Wooly Wool Followers faction I made too before).

So there is a lot to take in because I didn't know how to organize written parts well (e.g. peace process) but I still feel there's a lot of unique ideas around this Peaceful faction. Obviously the balance issues exists as I haven't play-tested it effectively, but I thought this be an cool-neat faction to bring up for brainstorming purposes for everyone & Leder Games to share with.

Be sure to check out my other factions if you haven't already:

Wow, I had a similar idea. Though, mine involved some kind of armistice where you have your warriors (players cannot attack each other) and a kind of martyrdom (get VP when your warrior get killed)

I'm assuming you can only take one action in an area where you have a peace token? Cool faction. I like the idea of this peacekeeping faction being overly bureaucratic and not being able to do enough to really stop committed factions from warring, so I'd probably get rid of disarmament (that ability with the dice is also confusing, and would need to be reworded if kept)

Other than that, great concept-I would only be worried about what their endgame winning would look like-crafting to victory I guess? Otherwise, you just have to aid people to death. I don't see people staying peaceful once you're anywhere close to 30points.

Have you taken a look at this Ermine variant faction (link below)? Similar concept with the healing, I really hope Leder games takes on one of your ideas for a healer faction-would be a great new hybrid addition to the game.

Oh hey, so you can take as many actions as you can (but only in a clearing with a peace token). This applies to all actions except "Ceasefire" I should note (I couldn't make a note on board). My disarming wording was probably off but it works like this: roll a dice and you get to force that many warriors to move to an adjacent clearing (buildings are removed instead, but must target warriors from ALL factions first before any). As for aid, I would limit it to per player per peace token clearings their pieces are at (its needed in case grand peaces can't be establish mid/late game).

Balancing issues and terminology concerns exists for this faction, but I agree this would be a neat idea to implement for this game one day still!
