Just wondering if anyone has made a foam core insert and would love to share
Their design. I’m hoping to toss all the boxes and fit everything into the two main boxes ..

It's a chat app. Over 600 backers are over there now, along with several Monolith employees. Much friendlier place than the KS comments, too.

Yes, much friendly and heavily moderated. Unkind people will not be tolerated.

I have just the two main boxes plus the Versus expansion. And for various reasons, I'm retaining the two cases that the minis arrived in.

Which doesn’t leave a lot of space in the boxes to work with, but the aim is to speed setup etc without resorting to ziplock bags.

I think I will have in the end only the 2 main boxes.

One with only minis, very likely in foamcore shelves.

The other one with foamcore boxes and similiar.

If the space is not enough, I will make a foamcore box and put the box cover on the foamcore box instead.

The solution that I came up with is to use the Vs. box to hold the main components of the game; the two Overlord trays, the counters, equipment cards, 3D furniture, dice etc. and keep the miniatures in their inner boxes. The map boards and manuals sit happily on one shelf and the figures take up another.

I have kept the empty outer boxes and put them on the top of my Kallax bookshelf as decoration.

This saves me having to take a box out of another box in order to get at the figures I need, plus it has a much smaller footprint.

Everything that you need for the game fits into the Vs. box and there is no need for an insert. I am using ziplock bags for the loose components.
