Thorin Oakenshield vs Thorin Stonehelm is this the same character but somehow his name it's changed ? Can we use both heroes in the same deck ?

They are two different people. Thorin Oakenshield is the son of Thrain the Second, whereas Thorin Stonehelm is the son of Dain Ironfoot.

Thorin Oakenshield died at the Battle of Five Armies (as told in The Hobbit), whereas Thorin Stonehelm fought at the Battle of Dale and later became King under the Mountain when his father fell defending Erebor.

But to answer your game question: Yes, you can use both heroes in the same deck. Only cards that share an entire name and have the unique symbol cannot be in play at the same time.
