The art and flavor text of this card indicates that the year 1923 is "where it begins", with "it" being "the corruption", and a note written above that says either "December" or "Dreamer", I can't quite tell which from looking at the picture at physical card size. So this seems to indicate that some or all of the major plot elements of these 5 years of card game have all emerged from that one specific year. (Wouldn't it be spooky if the creator of the Cauldron had picked that exact year for his own time-travelers, instead of 6 years later?) It's possible that the entity which is the Dreamer somehow originates in that year; perhaps even OblivAeon himself somehow first affected the Multiverse then, or maybe it's in reference to Voidsoul, who is probably La Commodora's most direct enemy besides OA himself (the Nemesis Icon mechanic fails in this regard, since half of the Scions are indiscriminately identical to OblivAeon himself in terms of having that same single icon as all of the new heroes, except possibly the Void Guard since I haven't seen them recently enough to confirm whether they have the OblivAeon symbol, the Sentinels symbol, or both (I'm guessing probably not both, since no hero has ever had more than one nemesis icon, which I assume is the main reason why the six villain-heroes don't retain their original nemesis icon in addition to OblivAeon's).

So basically what I'm hoping here is that somebody knows more about this subject.

Basically she is contemplating whether to intervene on the rise of Graham Pike, aka the Chairman, as that is the root of the corruption in Rook City.

It gets asked and explained in this episode http://theletterspage.libsyn.com/editors-note-23

I understand if you don't have time to type out a lengthy explanation, but I don't have time to listen to a podcast, so this sort of response isn't super helpful.

Better, thank you. I don't plan to listen to that episode either, but at least you explained the basics. Should you, or anyone else, be willing to do so again...do we know anything that connects Chairman Pike's activities with the rise of Oblivaeon, the birth of the Dreamer/Visionary, or any other details which directly result in the Multiverse's end? (Directly meaning "by some relatively straightforward path, even one with several steps, but not a general everything-is-connected-to-everyone-else sort of thing", even though I do fully believe that.)

If you don’t want to listen there is summary that WalkingTarget does on the wiki and for those episodes it is https://sentinelswiki.com/index.php?title=Podcasts/Episode_3... and https://sentinelswiki.com/index.php?title=Podcasts/Episode_I... respectively. If you don’t feel you have enough of an answer summit a question here https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd9aq1Kv7Y1eObnBj4f...
