I'm just wondering, how's the translation? I know the game came out in french first then in English. I don't really care about the language, I'm bilingual. But like for movies, I like to play my games in the language they were made.

I would go strait and buy it in French, but I've seen in on the web at crazy low pirces in English. So if the translation is good, I'll go and get in English, otherwise I'll pay more to have in French.

I'm also conserned about the expansions, only half of the have been translated in English. Are they planned for a neer future or will I have to get them in French anyway?

Ho, and does anyone knows where I can find the French version on the internet for roughly the same price as the English one?

I know of one ambiguity/error in the translation of Paladins and Dragons (namely, that the Dragonslayer item only functions while attacking, not defending) - other than that, I've found no issues with the translation.

I don't know of any deep-discounter that stocks the French edition, no. Levalet.com carries it, of course, but pretty much at full-retail. I'm told jogocanada carries a lot of French editions. Their website is down and has been for a while, but you might want to call and ask: 866-666-5166 .

fungamescafe.com has the English version pretty cheap (12 dollars cheaper than levalet), and I know for some games they've been able to provide French editions upon request (I specifically remember this option for BattleLore). You may want to contact them and see if they can get the French Dungeon Twister and offer it at the same pricepoint as the English one.

There are a few errata for P&D (which are my fault, not the fault of the translator).
P&D Errata can be found here:
http://gamethyme.blogspot.com/2006/01/my-first-errata.html

General DT Rules Clarifications are here:
http://gamethyme.blogspot.com/2007/04/dungeon-twister-rules-...

Forces of Darkness Clarifications are here:
http://gamethyme.blogspot.com/2007/07/forces-of-darkness-err...

I keep these pages up-to-date, so as I find more problems/concerns, I do clarify them.

BoardGameNews recently had a story which mentioned DT's upcoming releases:

http://www.boardgamenews.com/index.php/boardgamenews/comment...

Quote:
For the Schedule of DT we have three games coming out:
* Mercenaries (December 2007)
* Fire and Water (March 2008)
* The ultimate 3 ⁄ 4 players (March 2008)
