Hi,
Regarding the crocodile,
1) Can it move from a water hex to another water hex through bridges?
2) Can it move on land adjacent to bridges?

Asking because only the water hex is marked on the card but the example in the rulebook shows it moving next to a bridge.

The crocodile ignores bridges, as a space below a bridge is water, and it can move through any water spaces, and from water spaces to any riverbank spaces (as long as they are not hills or mountains).

With a huge smiley: Did you ever see a bridge block a river?

The crocodile, dolphin, elephant and giraffe treat water spaces the same any land spaces they are allowed to move through. So following the allowed landscape types, they can enter and leave water spaces in any of the six directions.

Animals avoiding water but using the bridges, must enter or leave the bridges from the two adjacent land spaces, and cannot jump on/off the bridge from any of the other four spaces.

For simplicity of the rules, we do not allow two animals on the same space, so on the combined water/bridge spaces, there can only be a single animal, either in the water or on the bridge.
