This is a shot in the dark, but it's been driving me crazy lately. I remember an old P.C. game set in Medieval England in which you had to knock down castle walls using a catapult, Greek fire, etc. You had to conquer England one territory at a time. Does anyone remember this game and, if so, what its title was?

The BBC series is far better than the excellent NBC one. Now go watch it.

Could also have been 'Lords of the Realm'.

It might also be Castles II: Siege and Conquest.

Or I might be a jackass.

Wasn't it Knights of the realms?

Might as well be wrong though...always thought it was Knights of the realm

Try to be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations.

O.K., while people are still paying attention to this thread: how can I get the game to play at regular speed? In the DOS window of Windows XP the game is in hyperspeed. It's kind of hard to play when everything happens so fast.

Try Moslo. It's a little ".com" program that will let you specify how slow you want a certain program to run.

Violence in video games gets old. They really do need more sex and adult humor.
