From what I read from the german distributors messageboard DotF is delayed to at least Q1/2008, maybe even later. Reason are problems with the softeners in the plastic miniatures (Phtalates) not passing the tests...

Any word on what vehicles will be in this one? It's pretty easy to figure out we'll have Tommies in desert kit, but how about AFVs?

I'm hoping for Crusaders, Bren carriers and a Pz III. OH, and AT guns!

So now some people that posted in another thread that FFG is SO GOOD with their release dates(read this, MZ) should eat their words.

As I said, and it's a well-known fact, FFG's releases are most of the time delayed, and the delays are typically around 3 months, though, in many cases that figure goes up considerably: World of Warcraft The Adventure Game was expected to be released this year(2007), only to be now postponed until Spring 2008.

And where is World Tank Campaigns? Well, postponed to 2008. (January? December?)

Can't they learn from their mistakes regarding release dates? Knowing that they fail time and again to release on due dates(dates giving by them, by the way), why don't they just take a more realistic approach?
It perplexes me.shake

Wow, that delay will certainly hurt their Christmas sales!surprise
Still, for $40, I'm waiting until I hear very positive things about this expansion before ordering it.

FFG has now listed "Days of the Fox" as a February 2008 release on their Product Development web page.

Its now obvious that my American (TOI) troops aren't going to meet Rommel till after Christmas. cry

I'm starting to see a pattern of FFG releases. Good but late.
