It's been discussed on this forum - the main problem with the opening scenario (Kill 15 zombies within 15 turns) is that it forces the Zombie player to be very unzombie-like. To win, Zombies often cower and run from the townspeople - to deny them the 15 kills.

The objective card grants a Zombie victory on two conditions: kill two heroes OR prevent the heroes from killing 15 zombies before the end of the game.

To make things a lot more interesting - and zombie-like, we play with the following tweaks:

1. The zombie player only earns a "minor" victory if the heroes fail to kill 15 zombies but have all four heroes survive.

2. The zombie player earns a "major victory" if fewer than 15 zombies are destroyed AND at least one hero is killed.

This prevents the shameful display of zombies running from the nurse and cowering in corners, instead of going after some victims like self-respecting zombies would.
