I'll be doing a session either tonight or tomorrow and I'd like to include pictures in it. Could someone tell me how to take my pictures and insert them into a written session on the geek so that others can partake of them? Or would it be better to just stick some in my gallery and add a link for every picture I want to show? Either way thanks for the help/suggestions.

When you add them to your gallery, they each get a unique image id. Make a note of those numbers. Within your report, click the camera icon, and enter the appropriate image id to insert that image.

Yes, upload them to your gallery and then you can easily put them in your session report by clicking the camera icon.

It took me awhile to figure out how to choose the size of the picture, so here is how you do that.

If I insert a gallery image number, it will be the default thumbnail size, like so:

This next picture is [ ImageID=263952 ] without the spaces.

But if I want a different size, I can type medium next to the number.

This next photo is this: [ ImageID=263952 medium ] without the spaces.

Also, you can ALIGN those if they are not too BIG to have these displayed beside one another, by using the *code* of [ imageID=xxxxinline ] as I shall now demonstrate:

These will "wrap-around" if placed end to end, although I did begin a NEW 'line' of them here, as they didn't FIT across at first.

Thanks to you all. I'll keep an eye on the thread and make sure I get some good use out of it. And assuming that tonight isn't too strenuous for work I'll run my session afterwards and report on it. Again, thanks all.

This can also be done with external images by using the

[ inlineimg ][ /inlineimg ]

tag.
