Cosmic encounter, galactic emperor, supernova, space dealer, and a billion other new sci fi games seem to be only 3+! Really irritating!

I know rftg is 2 player and galaxy trucker could probably be played 2 player.. but they are exceptions.

And thank god for that. I only wish more of them would go to 5.

I'm not sure how to interpret that response... I could assume you are just trying to be antagonistic and self-centered but it wouldn't be fair to do on assumption only.

It is very difficult for many gamers to find ANYONE to play with, let alone more than one willing partner. My complaint is that all of the recent/upcoming releases are 3+, without even an option for 2.

I have plenty of games for more people, but my 2 player games are going to get 99% of the play time...

I tend to prefer 2 player games anyway.. less chaos, more skill based imo...

I just wish there were more 2 player sci fi games.

Perry Rhodan, a 2 player card game, has similarities to Merchants of Venus. I believe it is slated for release later this year.
