So the wife and I were at a local thrift shop. I was perusing the game selection which was the standard fair of Scrabble, Mille Bornes, and other very common thrift games. But then I came across a copy of Catan: 5-6 Player Extension for $1.50! I was beyond excited. I showed my wife and she reminded me to open it to make sure all the pieces are there. I proceeded to carefully remove my pocket knife to cut the tape on one side of the box. When I peered inside there was no Settler's love, but peg games. Yes the cheap wooden games played with golf tees. I was none the less disappointed and replaced the false Settlers back on the shelf. It was all for good though at the first thrift shop I found a copy of Breakthru for 80c.

You should be happy. It spared you from the mind-numbingly horrible six player game.
