Can you move diagonally?
Can you move a single level a turn , or what?
This Ground - Lvl 1 - ground - lvl 1
Or this - ground - lvl 1 - lvl (1 change per turn)
You can change as many levels as you have movement points. the only limitation is that a move from one square to the next may only be a change of 1 level. This stops worms from climbing from ground to lvl2 or Lvl2 to Ground in a single move.
Do you have to aim at a worm, or can you hit the ground?
You can aim at anything. Worm, Barrel, Mine, Crate, empty space.
"Always deal with targeted worm first" - what if you were aiming at the ground? What if it deviates and doesn't hit the worm, but hits, say , a barrel?
If there is any question of order, the player who's turn it is chooses what happens in what order.
Health Crate Counter- I don't see one. Also, multiple crates are needed. For if more than one crate drops and no one got the first.
Doh! A botch in putting together the final PDF, I'll sort that out ASAP.
Weapon deviates into water - no effect?
Air strike card - mistakes , and not sure how it works.
Doh! Deviate, Area Effect, 1D Damage, Target anywhere on map.
I had to resize the worms marking sheets (too small for the counters) and 1 of the map sheets (too small).
A 3d map would be cool. I was thinking of a bunch of little boxes, and you could destroy the terrain. Hmm, a lot of work. I'll see.
Wooden blocks might work better than trying remove light flimsy cardboard boxes
Cluster bomb (hits 4 random squares in the 9 square target)
Gas canister (poisoned - lose 1 health a turn until health crate)
Grappling hook (move up more levels at a time + get across river
sniper rifle (long range - always hit)
petrol bomb (burns ground for 3 turns - 5 out of 9 square target)
I like all of them.
Card idea - Each player has a hand of 10 cards - no drawing cards - A weapon crate every round - gives you d3 cards.
Ok, what do you think?
I like a small number of cards and limited choice, but you can house rule anything you like
I'll be updating the PDF as soon as I can.
