I mean, that would be absolutely awesome.

It shouldn't be too hard to do, since they have done Princes of Florence. I see that they may have to reorganize the action possibilities to fit the screen and all that.

Come on, BSW. Please implement this one!

...can't agree more. Would be an even equivalent for the sadly-gone-for-quite-a-while Puerto Rico

It seems if they were gonna do it, it would have happened by now- remember an English release of Agricola isn't really an event as far as BSW are concerned.

We could live with just the "E" deck, for example (at least for the first weeks or so ).

Then imagine the many people complaining about their hand and how unfair it is!

How dare you, of all people, take a "glass half empty look" at this! Instead, start programming those cards!

Programming Agricola would be far more complex than other games due to the cards and their effects. There are many details they influence and some are very specific. It is no enough to implement each card specifically, you have to create an game environment that can handle all these specific aspects. Also the traffic would be immense as every single card would have to be donloaded and cached. In other games you don't have this amount of different cards. Last thing is the user interface, this would be a big challange as the material needs a lot of space, including the boards of all players. This would be a bit tricky to put that at a resolution of perhaps 800x600.

So I don't think Agricola would be a good candidate for proper implementation on BSW..

The family version would be a great candidate though.

this would be more likely the case of what would happen. A lot less cards and less interactive actions/less special cases.

Ditto. I already hate Power Grid on the BSW (damn scrolling...) and I even don't want to imagine Agricola there...
