Assume that there are, say, two sushi morsels and two fishbones left in the centre of the table. Your third roll results in three sushi dice and two chopsticks dice. The chopsticks are of no value, therefore. Can you take the second of the sushi morsels, or are you forced to take the highest value fishbone on the basis that there is no exact match?

There is no match so you have to take the worst tile available.

Thanks, olavf -- we ran into this question when playing the other day, and I couldn't find it in the rules. We finally assumed that this must be the case, because otherwise the game really drags waiting for those final tiles to get picked up.
