There is a blog for the game that followed it through some of the early design and development work. Work on the game, both in terms of testing and art, has been completed so this should move into print relatively quickly once the required number of pre-orders are obtained. (And by the way, over time the game title changed from "Baltic Gap" to "Baltic Storm" and then back to the original title of "Baltic Gap".)
