I was checking out the game page for Barbarossa: Kiev to Rostov, 1941 just now and wanted to edit the description for a link, but there doesn't appear to be any obvious to do so. The "Living Rules" link is not exactly accurate - the PDF linked there is a pre-production version of the rules. My understanding is that the rules as shipped are very close, but not quite identical. "Living Rules" implies that the document is authoritative, when in fact the printed rules plus errata are the best authority available at the moment.

The best thing to do is to hit the Submit Correction link up at the top then suggest your changes in the Other box at the bottom.

Depending on timing, it may take a few days (or longer) for a change to be made.
