Yeah, I tried IE and it still didn't work. I even emailed them about the problem. No response after 24 hours, so they lost my business to Boards and Bits.
Sounds like the problem is on your end, not theirs. I was able to log in fine as were others. Did you try clearing all your cookies and such and then trying again?
Regarding your email, remember what time of year it is. Emails are always answered more slowly this time fo year due to heavier than normal sales.
