Anybody have tips or pictures of how they organize their counters? Is it convenient to set up the game if I just put the counters in the included baggies, or is there a more logical storage solution?

That's what I do.

However, during play I use a bunch of plastic bowls to keep similar counters (cover, PDF/VOF, German units, etc) together for easy selection.

you can use counter trays. The bad thing is that the cards won't fit in the box, especially if they are sleeved.

Never play block wargames with a dentist, they have those little mirrors to peek behind the block.
