I've perused the rule book and couldn't find an answer. Doesn't mean it's not there, but I'll ask here anyway:

Can a revealed Cylon still use his character's abilities? For example, I was Adama and became a cylon in the sleeper phase: can I still use my once per game "grab all the cards after a skill check" ability? (If I haven't used it yet, of course.)

Thanks in advance

-Bill

Nope you can't. It is somewhere in the rulebook near the revealed cylon section but I don't recall where. If someone else would be so kind as to post a link it would be appreciated ;p.

Here it goes:

"3. Action Step: The Cylon player may perform the action
listed on his current location. Revealed Cylons may not
perform other actions, such as those found on Skill Cards
or Quorum Cards. All of the abilities listed on a revealed
Cylon player’s character sheet are also ignored
."

Page 20 of the rulebook.
Bolded for easy recognition.

Hope this helps, Dugy

This rule provides a great incentive to stay unrevealed. It's so much more fun being a hidden Cylon.... or so I've been told... trust me, I haven't been a toaster yet. ninja

Yep. It's loads more fun to stay hidden and create paranoia among the crew. It's much more frightening not knowing who to trust than to face off against an opponent you know right off the bat.
