Being fairly new to BGG, one of the things that drew me to this excellent site is the number of outstanding game aid files that can be downloaded. What have been some of the most useful files you've downloaded from BGG?

Some of my favorites:

Turn and rules summary for Last Night on Earth: The Zombie Game:
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/file/37881/

Turn and rules summary for Illuminati: Deluxe Edition:
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/file/26782/

Rules summary for Munchkin Quest:

Anything authoured by UniversalHead. Most common are rule summaries. Can't go wrong with these and a lamination device!

Files that relate to games i have.
There are wonderful ideas and variants out here. Can see the how well some articles are done, have a tendency to get into it myself once i start writing about games. Some real passion and brilliance written here, to share gaming experiences and ideas with others. They have been a significant help in some games i have, that had a few marbles missing, or to make clear the rules, errata. Keep up the SUPERwork gamers.

The Card & Chit tuckboxen for Android. The box came pretty beat up from eBay (enough crushing damage to damage the insert), and was awful for storing the components to begin with.

Those boxes must cut down setup time by a good 80%.

This printable Chess board has been rather helpful:
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/file/info/15711

I printed it out on sturdy cardstock and laminated it for a cheap and portable board. I also play Proteus a bit, and this downloadable board has a built-in game aid for that chess dice game.

Oh, so many....but to choose a few off the top of my head....

Magic Realm Specifically, http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/257164
B-17: Queen of the Skies
Kingsburg Specifically, http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/304815
Catan

These stand out the first in my mind...I pretty much check out the files and images of everything I own and play automatically now.
What a talented bunch of volunteers on this site!!!! For example, check out the contributions of the various "Geek of the Week" winners (especially the last three)... Sheesh, I could only wish to have that much time, energy and talent to contribute!

We found the player boards for El Grande really useful. It really made learning the game a lot easier, and keeps track of provinces, courts and cards played really well, while providing a short summary of the turn order as well.

Ra player mats. Having a standard place to stack things makes it easier to tell what others have. I'm not 100% happy with the the layout of any of them (I think there are four), but they're all functional. Choose one that fits your box.

Also when teaching Power Grid I show the newbie this image here:
. I changed the unused areas to white before printing. Do you know the cost of ink cartridges? Maybe I should upload that file (if I recover it). This way I can show the player the first eight plants that are ready to go, and the picture of all the plants, and talk about how plants get better, while the deck is shuffled.

And I always suggest that people use my Power Grid restocking cards: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/filepage/27399

I played this game for the first time Sunday, and stated a need for such player boards.
