Tiny question: in the scenarios where the open ground movement cost is raised to 1.5 (e.g. scenario 5), is the cost to move "along" a road still 1?

Interpret the SSR strictly. For example, in Scenario #5, the only change is that the cost for Open Ground (T90) is increased to 1½ from 1. No other terrain cost is modified. So the cost of moving along a road depiction (T93) remains the same.

Thought so. I was mindless paying 1.5 movement cost and realized after the game that that was probably wrong.
