9.23 - Says if a creature begins in the same hex as an enemy they are pinned - how can they start in the same hex since combat resolves down to one side?
first every player moves, then every battle is resolved. This means that you can (for instance) sacrifice a weak unit to stop the adversary from advancing.
I you wish to fly over sea I guess you have to reveal them then as you enter the sea area?
When rolling for hits, are ALL the dice rolled for the combat type and then counters chosen for the dice to determine if they hit? Or are the dice rolled per counters? The combat example seems to imply the former although I thought the later until tonight.
I have always played that first you point to the creature that is attempting to hit, then you roll its die.
Once revealed can creatures be turned face down again or do they always remain face up afterwards?
In general they are turned again face down until you are forced (say, in a battle) to reveal them.
