I have been looking at the following:

Glory to Rome because I play Race for the Galaxy a lot alone without the solo variant and have a great time. Reviews say that GTR is even better. Is this perhaps too much of the same?

Roll Through the Ages: The Bronze Age because it is a dice rolling game and I don't really have any in my collection. Seems better for me than Stone Age that seems to run a little long but could be played solo - I would play 2 players to the best of their abilities.

Leader 1 because I love racing game like Um Reifenbreite and Winner's Circle.

Right now I am leaning towards Glory to Rome because of cost and play time.

Games I already have in my collection and are great solo are:
Lord of the Rings
Memoir '44
Pandemic
Traders of Osaka
Winner's Circle

Thanks for any tips.

Provence

If you find a copy of Glory to Rome let me know where you got it. It's extremely hard to find right now.

I was going to suggest finding some friends to play with but then I noticed you live in Hawthorne. If you ever get up to Reno give me a holler.

Yes, sorry for the shorthand.

Or perhaps it means 'corporate finger gurus'.

Maybe
