What happens after someone activate the FTL Control?
The fleet jump and then...... did it finish the step 3 and a Crisis is coming(step 4)? or the game play also jump to step 6?

If a Crisis make the fleet auto-jump and it get a "prepare for jump" icon too, what happens?

The fleet jump during the step 4 and fleet token advances at step 6?

During the Cylon's turn with Caprica action, do the "Cylon activate" and "prepare for jump" icons are ignored?

If someone activates the FTL Control location, then the fleet jumps as part of the action. The admiral draws destination cards, picks one, resolves any instructions on it and then the player who activated FTL continues with their turn by drawing a Crisis card. So any jump icons on the crisis card count for a new round of jump steps.

Yes. So both icons on the bottom of the card are ignored - no ships are activated and nothing moves on the jump track.

Re: FTL Control -> Jump
If you get a card which allows you to advance FTL as part of a skill check (there are 2, I believe), and that makes you auto-jump, immediately resolve the jump: wipe the board, land pilots in the hangar deck, hand the Admiral (or Mission Specialist) an appropriate number of destination cards, he picks one and buries the rest, reveals and resolves it, including possibly triggering the sleeper agent phase and/or putting new Cylon ships on the board (from the Cylon ambush destination).

THEN proceed to activate Cylon ships as indicated (if there are any), and advance FTL as normal.
