I was at a local Speedway gas station and on the roller grill was a long orange tube. The sign said "Cheesey Buffalo Chicken". Now, I love a good buffalo sauce flavor and I love cheese and I thought it would be something like it's neighbor on the grill, the Tornado. Now, the Tornados I've had before and they're surprisingly good. Crispy flour tortilla wrapped around meat and cheese and just a wee bit spicy.
So I decided to try one... I mean they used to have the cheeseburger link which despite looking like a rolling turd, was actually tasty. These couldn't be that bad, right?
I get out to the car and take a bite. What I assumed was no where near what it was made of. It was a chicken nugget hot dog. A tube of ChiknWhip(tm) with bits of "cheese" and a spicy coating that was not buffalo flavored.
I think I'm down to 6 lives left because that stole one of them.

I always assumed that the stuff rotating on those rollers was just the display for food you could purchase somewhere else. You actually ate the display model?!

That fact that you live in the same town as the Corporate Headquarters of Speedway/SuperAmerica would lend me to believe that you would know better than to buy any "rolling food display" item OTHER THAN a Tornado - which yes, in fact, are quite good.
Have you been to the spring there in Enon? Is the water really that tasty?

Actually, I worked for the main office for 8 years. I tried many experimental products, some good while others... not so much. Where do you think the other 2 lives went?
And yes, our tap water is actually quite good here, even though that stuff is bottled in Pennsylvania somewhere.
