I'm interested in printing a version of a PnP game (The Dungeon of D) using Artscow. Like a lot of PnP games, the files for the cards are .pdf files. My problem is that I can't seem to turn the .pdf files of the cards into individual .jpg files or .png files.

Is there a guide here on BGG on how to do it? Or, if it's not too hard to explain, if someone wouldn't mind explaining how (preferably using a Mac), I would greatly appreciate it.

1. Get some decent image editing software (e.g. the gimp for mac)
2. Open/import pdf in/into editing software
3. select single card
4. crop to selection
5. save as jpg
6. repeat until done..

If you don't know how to download and install software: Sorry for you.
If you don't know how to open/import/select/crop/save: Learn how to do it (start by reading the gimp tutorials)

the Gimp is also on Windows. See http://www.gimp.org/downloads/

Very good program. Use the tutorials if you have no experience at all.

Be aware of the recommended dimensions, too. I'm not a GIMP user but you should find an Image Size command somewhere to make the height, width and dpi (dots per inch) set to what's needed.

Thanks for this! Sounds like the Gimp is what I was looking for.

Artscow likes 300 dpi images and the cards should be 1081 x 780 or more.
