1st Duration (Ballistic Range Level):
The Ang Unit prevailed winning two out of three rounds, firing at the Dzaa Scouts using the Archers in their 2nd rank. Despite the onslaught of arrows the Dzaa Spears' shield cover provided ample protection. The Dzaa Unit suffered 6 points of damage due to the Ang's rate of fire (cb) and heavy aggression (11 Mastery Card). However, the Dzaa did not stand by and idly watch. A Scout in the 2nd rank fired back at a Shieldmaiden for a partial hit (shield cover). The Ang suffered 9 damage total due to the Dzaa Combat Master (+4 weapon bonus) and the 5 damage hit to the Shieldmaiden.
End of 1st Duration: The Ang gained Terrain Advantage.
2nd Duration (Ballistic Level):
Moving closer into the woods provided less opportunity for the Ang and Dzaa to deliver damage to one another (Terrain Guard Level of 3). No additional damage was suffered by either unit.
End of 2nd Duration: The Dzaa Countered the Ang's Terrain Advantage
3rd Duration (Charge Level):
As the two units charged towards one another the Dzaa's Spears and Ang Shieldmaidens dropped their shield cover. The Ang's Archers and the Dzaa's Scouts both took advantage of this and were successful in inflicting considerable damage. One of the Dzaa's Spears fell immediately.
End of 3rd Duration: The Ang Unit lost 2 Shieldmaidens due to damage inflicted by the Dzaa's Scouts. The Dzaa Unit lost an additional Spears. The Ang's Marsh Rider and one Archer moved forward to the 1st rank. Two of the Dzaa Scouts moved to the 1st rank as well.
4th Duration (Melee Level):
One of the Dzaa Scouts immediately fired upon the only remaining Ang Shieldmaiden causing considerable damage. The Marsh Rider charged forward in retaliation but was thwarted by the Dzaa Spears, inflicting only minimal damage. Both units were on the brink of defeat. The Ang attacked too aggresively and one of the Dzaa Scouts fired.
End of 4th Duration: The Ang's damage surpassed their mastery level and they were defeated. The Dzaa were able to hold back the rebels once again, although not without considerable loss.
