Cheese Chasers is a SOLITAIRE FREE PNP card game that I designed, takes 1-5 minutes to play. Printable on 3 pgs of 8.5" x 11" (that includes the pocketmod rule booklet).

Cool thing is that the game fits into a wallet really nicely.

The objective is to surround the Cheese Cards while breaking the Mousetraps, and keeping away from the Cats. The catch is that players have to place the next card off of the previously placed card. Lots of folks are calling it fast, addictive, fun and CUTE

I will second Cheese Chasers.
Also Zombie in my Pocket is a great free print-n-play and has lots of variants to fit your theme desires.

I have an electronic Yahtzee game that I keep in my jacket pocket. Other than that, I also like Reiner Knizia's Decathlon.

Decathlon is also a great multiplayer (any number) dice game to play!

Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective.

Splendid game, although whether you prefer playing solo or in a group is a matter of taste.

Agricola is fair to play solitaire but it can be too easy compared to the normal game, but with the modified feeding rules there is a slightly different aspect to the game.

What about just as far as other PnP games? I'm short on cash and short on gamers to play with. I've browsed the solitaire PnP geeklists and I'm still not sure which one/s I want. Zombie in my Pocket is a fun one, but other games don't need to be just like it. Cheese Chasers looks interesing, though I'm not a huge fan of abstract-ish games. I'll print it out anyway just to see if it really is to my liking.

I'll second Race for the Galaxy if you're looking for something you can also play with others, although you need the expansion (Race for the Galaxy: The Gathering Storm) if you want to play the solitaire game.

If you just want something to play around with, there are a bunch of Print & Play solitaire games in this Geeklist: http://boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/33437 that are highly spoken of. I haven't managed to get around to printing & trying them, though.

The list of solitaire games (or games that can be played solo) that I've played and descriptions of how they play that way: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/35907 Favorites include Pandemic, Lord of the Rings, Last Night on Earth and Ghost Stories.

Of the ones I've played solo....

Agricola: 1/5
Pandemic: .5/5
Race For the Galaxy: 2/5
Klondike: 2.5/5
Freecell: 3/5

Solo board gaming is boring. Play something on BSW instead!

Fields of Fire B-17: Queen of the Skies Silent War RAF but FoF takes a lot of time to figure out the rules to play it. Reading the examples of play is a must.

Solo gaming can be decent sometimes. I'll usually only do it when I'm really desperate for a game and nobody will play.

Oceania is a good one, even though I know you're not excited by it's look. I feels like Carcassonne a bit, really, just try it.

I printed out Pocket Civ a while ago but have never gotten around to it, but you should look into it, if you can get through the long rule book. Race for the Galaxy with solo expansion looks decent, but I've not made time to read solo rules for that either.

I know you like dungeon crawler-esque games like World of Warcraft: The Adventure Game. If anyone could recommend a solo dungeon crawler, that could maybe be played with more?
