I think that some enemy events should have constraints. Counterattack is a good example: if it happens in the last 1-2 turns it transforms a victory in a defeat, and it's about just luck.

In this game luck is perhaps a little too decisive, because enemy package selection and events are very random. This is IMHO good for packages, but you should have experience points for killing stronger packages.

Difficult enemy events such as counterattack should be rewarded with EP and constrained to about the first 3/4 of a match.
