Bacon isn't baked. But it sounds like it should be.

I just blew your mind.

You can bake bacon. You can microwave it, too.

Oooooh, what a thought!! Deep fried dollops of chocolate chip cookie dough!

Would this work? Would they taste oh-so-scrumptious?

Yes, and, from what I've read, yes.

I must try this! I must!

I'm surprised you haven't. I've seen this before at the Wisconsin State Fair and that the Minnesota State Fair. Deep fried stuff is all the rage up there.

I'm not touching that. Not even with a 39 and a half foot pole.

One other fun thing to do with cookie dough is to get some small cake tins. A few inches in diameter and a few inches deep will do, but feel free to experiment.

Fill just over halfway with cookie dough after coating the inside with butter or a non stick spray, and then bake for about 10-11 minutes.

DON'T OVER COOK THIS!

Take out of oven, turn the cake out onto a plate and dust with some powdered sugar. If you did it just right, you will have a nice cake that tastes just like chocolate chip cookies, but it will have a molten gooey center of melted chocolate!

Ice cream on side is purely optional.
