I love the game, but some terms and rules are only described vaguely.
Therefore:

Q1
US is allowed to enter Saudi Arabia, by the Moderate Arab player.

Later, the Mod Arab player wants the US to leave. Can he revoke the granted military access?

Q2
What if you got a Military Access to a country, and you have troops stationed in the country. Some time later, you want to attack it? Is it legal?

Q3
May any nation attack any other nation at any time? Or is there some Rules of Engagement? Can US attack Israel , and vice versa?
Israel attack the Mod Arabs?
