So with no request GeekList, I'll be the first to post some requests here.

I'd love to see one or more of the following added:

Himalaya: The 5-6 Player Expansion

RoboRally: Armed and Dangerous

I just got a copy of Tsuro in a trade. I'll try to get it to the table tonight. If I do, and decide I don't like it that much, I'll put it up. I don't anticipate not liking it, but you never know.

Ditto on these particular requests. I wouldn't mind also seeing :

Totensonntag

Cosmic Encounter - FFG version

Gheos

Leader 1

Small World

Talisman (Revised 4th Edition) - FFG version

Warriors of God: The Wars of England & France, 1135-1453

I realize that most of these are unlikely to show up in this math trade, but I thought I'd ask anyway. The good news is that I already see at least a few items in this math trade that look interesting.

Ah, sorry. I liked it a little too much to give it up this quickly.

We've stalled a little, but there's still plenty of time to add new items (more that 18 hours). Don't disappoint Colleen now, you need to add those war games (and a few other things are welcome too).

I would if I could. I just traded it away just recently and forgot to update my trade list. If it helps, I did put a few bigger things on page 9 which may or may not be of some consolation.

I've updated my entry for Elfball, and it's adding more information to it, and extra bits to the mix, so I will keep it involved in the trade.

I apologize for the delay. I had to fix some problems with my laptop which have prevented me from uploading pictures for several months.

Peace,

Just bringing this here from the Geeklist:

micks wrote:
I have one question and completely off topic and i deserve a stern hand slap, but Dominion, to me, is the archetypal gamer's-game filler. Aside from a couple minutes of deduction right up front, it's all luck.
While I'm not the biggest fan of Dominion - I think it a nice game and worth owning, but I just don't love it the way many others do - I disagree with this comment.

The keys to Dominion, for me, are to making good choices each time you buy about what will go well with what you already have, and cleverly manipulating your deck to have each turn to allow you to do good a combination of actions/purchases while continuing to accumulate points. That's a tough balance to strike and is where the charm of the game is. My friend and regular gaming companion Bill hit on this concept from the first play, and I learned from him - keep your stack relatively small and target the high value coins and VPs to help you in that task. Then if you pick your action cards wisely, you'll be competitive almost every game. In that way, you "make your own luck".

Re: S.E. Wisconsin & Area Math Trade V - The deadline for adding items is 10pm tonight!
I realize my comment may have sounded harsh, that was the Dragon's Milk talking. I completely agree with you about the challenge and charm of the game, and we had fun the last time we played. We played 3 games before playing Brass, and in each game it came down to the wire and it was the person who got their optimum deal earliest. Maybe you're right and in each game the player who ran leanest won (which would be cool 3 players - 3 games - 3 different winners). It was fun, but after 3 games I was dying to get it off the table. I've seen people play nothing but this all day, and that worries me.

Ugh, for a game that plays in less than an hour, that's going to get boring very quickly. Then again, I used to play Bohnanza for six hours or more at a crack. My ex-wife loved the game and taught her friends, so when one was in town we had to get together with another of her friends and play Bohnanza almost all night. And no - that's not a euphemism... shake

Fortunately that was so rare that it didn't spoil the thing for me.

OK - that's it. We're closed for items and you can submit your want lists whenever you're ready.

The final tally was 230 items (subtracting the two that Jamey traded already) and 19 people taking part.

Hello, is someone able to post the meet-up info here?

I cannot see the info on that link, and tried to sign up but the link in the email didn't work.

Will someone please remove the veil of secrecy from this thing for me?

Otherwise, I will might need a proxy. IF I trade.

I believe that Jamey plans to send a GM out to all participants with that information.

For the Twilight Imperium owners - if your game does not trade I might have an (non-BGG) interested party.

9 items trading out of 180 so far, with 52 to come. This one's a little ugly...

Re: S.E. Wisconsin & Area Math Trade V - Open for want list submission.
This might be the wrong place to ask but I will go ahead anyways.

Lets say I have game A and B trading and I want game C.
However game C is being offered by two users lets call these games C1 and C2.

So my wants are as follows:
A for C1,C2,X,Y,Z
B for C1,C2,L,M,N

There is the possibility that I might receive both copies of game C. Game A could trade for C1 and game B could trade for C2. I don't want this situation to happen; however, I do want to increase the chance of receiving game C.

I read the OLWLG wiki page and Chris's geeklist w/images on duplicate protection. http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/32005The process seems completely unintuitive. I just want to make sure this is the process I should use or if this will actually make receive more copies of game C.

Any help would be appreciated
