Hi there,

When I opened the zombie deck either one of the cards was damaged, or I ended up damaging it. Basically the bottom left corner is starting to peel up and I'm not sure the best way to either repair the card, or get a replacement. I'd rather not test how well it shuffles or is playable just yet.

O I forgot to add, the cards were very "sticky" and quite a few were stuck together and difficult to get apart.

With that said, the artwork is really really good.

Whats the usual policy/process in these situations?

I was going to say just sleeve them (with opaque-backed sleeves), but dang, can't turn that down!

Flying Frog customer service has been wonderful to me as well. I had the same issue with the corner coming up and the "sticky" cards on a scenario expansion I purchased, and it was replaced very timely.

Took just under 2 weeks (I think) for this to come all the way from America to NZ.
Correct card was sent as well, very very much appreciated, and great customer service.

Even came in a card protector that had its own card protector protector.
